Install the right build, create a project, and find the parts of NovellaForge that you will use most often.
Choose the right application
Creator Studio is the authoring environment. Player is the free runtime used to open and play exported stories. Keep the distinction in mind when you download or share a project.
- Creator Studio is available as a direct desktop download.
- Player is free and does not need Creator Studio activation.
- The exact releases available to you are shown on the Downloads page.
Create a first project
Start from Projects and use the project wizard to establish the genre, tone, setting, audience, and intended shape of the story. You can refine these decisions later; they are there to give the writing and generation tools useful context.
Work locally
NovellaForge keeps project work on your machine. Back up the project folder or use the project export tools before moving between machines.
