Create a cast that can carry the story, then track the relationships and visual references that make scenes consistent.
Character profiles
Profiles can hold appearance, motivations, personality, backstory, secrets, speech style, tags, and a character arc. Keep canonical facts in the story bible when they need to be shared across scenes.
Relationships and routes
Relationships can track affection and trust. Romance routes and endings can be planned separately so the narrative structure remains visible while the scene text changes.
